The first session: structure and frequency
The first session helps us clarify your reason for seeking help and allows you to discover the method and the tools I use.
If, after the first session it feels right for us to work together, then we go ahead with a further two sessions. We can then delve deeper into the work begun, letting us get off to a solid start. It also allows you to check after only three sessions if the type of work that I offer still meets your expectations.
Later, we can decide on the frequency of the sessions and their length. To begin with, I recommend a weekly or bi-monthly session, until your wellbeing has improved or you have progressed with your objectives. But we decide on this together, taking into account your personality and means.
You can, of course, stop whenever you want. When that time comes, I suggest having a closing session to take stock of the journey you have undertaken.
